Build the break around your chosen programme
The 2026 programme mixes fleet, mobility and remarketing content across both days.
If you leave Pavilion 1, check which exit is open and whether your badge permits re-entry. Leave time for both walks and service at the café. The roundabout route is only useful if you are already at that riverside access; it is not the distance from every part of FIL.
Arriving on Monday 26 October
A daytime brunch can fit before your evening plans on arrival day. Nina’s normal Monday hours are 09:00–16:00. If you are staying locally, use your hotel or apartment as the starting point rather than walking to FIL first.
The organiser lists evening networking and awards activities separately from the daytime programme. Nina closes at 16:00 on weekdays, so plan a meal earlier in the day and use the event programme for your evening arrangements.
Lunch with a small team
Our current menu offers eggs, toast, bagels, a burger and a vegan main, alongside speciality coffee. Explore the menu for current dishes, drinks and prices.
Meet colleagues over brunch or coffee by the river. Nina welcomes walk-ins, with tables offered on arrival.

Walking routes from FIL and MEO Arena
Choose the exit used by your event. Riverside routes end at the central stairs; the Rua Comandante Cousteau alternative leads to the rear approach. Confirm open gates and event re-entry rules.
FIL · North access / Acesso norte
Walk: approximately 7 min · 500 m
FIL · Riverside roundabout / Rotunda ribeirinha
Walk: approximately 2 min · 110 m
Avenida da Boa Esperança meets Rua do Bojador, beside Torre Vasco da Gama.
MEO Arena · Main entrance / Entrada principal
Walk: approximately 14 min · 1.0 km
For shows and conference centre-stage sessions, use the entrance on your ticket.
The last part of the walk: find the central stairs
At the small roundabout where Avenida da Boa Esperança meets Rua do Bojador, beside Torre Vasco da Gama, follow the promenade north. Walk up the broad stairs between the buildings and look for Nina beside the open white parasols. The image below shows this final section, not the whole walk from MEO Arena or every FIL exit.
The Google Maps links use fixed starting coordinates and end at the foot of the stairs. Check that your starting point matches the exit you use. To avoid the final stairs, choose the rear approach via Rua Comandante Cousteau.
