Make a morning of your visit to Game Changers Forum at MEO Arena on Saturday 10 October 2026. The organiser lists a 15:00 start, leaving time for brunch or an early lunch at Nina before you head to the arena. Our café is on the Parque das Nações waterfront, with indoor tables and a terrace facing the Tagus.

Plan backwards from your arena arrival time

The programme is listed for 15:00–20:00. Treat 15:00 as the event start, not the moment to leave the café: check your ticket for the entrance, door time and security instructions. Leave room for the walk, table availability and service.

A late-morning brunch or early lunch gives you more flexibility than arriving just before the programme. The arena is farther south along Parque das Nações; the mapped route is about 14 minutes to the foot of Nina’s stairs, before the final steps.

An easy plan for the day

Start with brunch at Nina, then walk towards MEO Arena with time to find your designated entrance. If you arrive in Lisbon that morning, come via your hotel or Oriente and use the café as a meal stop, rather than assuming there will be time after check-in at the arena.

Nina’s Saturday service ends at 17:00, so the useful window is before the forum. For a post-event meal, you will need a venue with evening opening hours.

Brunch with a colleague, or lunch on your own

Choose eggs or a bagel for brunch, a burger for lunch, or Nina’s Garden Glow for a vegan dish. For a smaller stop, browse our pastries and speciality coffees. The current menu shows prices and seasonal choices.

Meeting a colleague here is informal: tables are offered on arrival, and we do not reserve them or promise a quiet meeting space. If a meal is part of a tight itinerary, tell the team your timing before ordering.

Walking routes from FIL and MEO Arena

Choose your starting point. These links open Google Maps with a walking route from that fixed point to the foot of Nina’s riverside stairs.

Final approach: Google Maps ends at the foot of the stairs. Walk up the broad steps shown in the map below and look for Nina by the open white parasols. This approach includes stairs.

Approximate times to the foot of the stairs, checked in Google Maps on 23 September 2026. Starting points are outside the venue; check your event’s open exits and re-entry rules.

The last part of the walk: find the central stairs

At the small roundabout where Avenida da Boa Esperança meets Rua do Bojador, beside Torre Vasco da Gama, follow the promenade north. Walk up the broad stairs between the buildings and look for Nina beside the open white parasols. The image below shows this final section, not the whole walk from MEO Arena or every FIL exit.

The Google Maps links use fixed starting coordinates and end at the foot of the stairs. Check that your starting point matches the exit you use. If stairs are unsuitable, contact Nina about access before setting off.
